  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (flour, oats, cinnamon) in another bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
  4. Fold in chopped apples gently.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, slightly flattening each round. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden around the edges.
  6. Cool on sheets for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
