- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; gradually add to wet mixture alternating with apple cider.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with apple cider until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
