  • 34 lbs turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: Fresh herbs and sliced apples for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat and sear the turkey until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Transfer the turkey to a roasting pan, pouring in 1 cup of apple cider.
