- 10 ounces chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika

Instructions
- Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes in a large pot for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add cumin seeds until sizzling.
