  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small dish, melt the butter. Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, spices, and salt until combined.
  3. Toss the diced apples with two tablespoons of the maple mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Place apple mixture in the basket and cook for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through and adding more maple mixture.
  5. Remove from air fryer and toss with any remaining mixture before serving warm.
