  • 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  3. Press three-quarters of the dough into the prepared pan.
  4. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt caramels with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Pour three-quarters of the caramel mixture over the dough and drop remaining dough on top.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set; sprinkle with sea salt while cooling.
