  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3–4 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients alternately with milk until just mixed.
  6. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add remaining batter and swirl lightly with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
