- 4 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 10 oz mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (divided)
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- While still warm, mix in half of the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Lightly grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it. Press down firmly to form an even layer.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top while still warm to allow them to melt slightly.
- Let cool completely at room temperature for about 1 hour before cutting into squares.
