  • ⅔ cup red apple (peeled and cubed)
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
