  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 7 oz baby bella or white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz dry egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and mushrooms for 7-10 minutes until browned; set aside.
  2. In the same pan, brown ground turkey over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes, adding garlic and paprika towards the end.
  3. Mix the chicken broth with flour until smooth and add to the pan, stirring in mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for about 3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream before serving over cooked egg noodles.
