Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  3. While cooking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
