  • 4 cups water or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water or chicken broth in a large pot and add salt. Stir in the orzo and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
