Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (96/4)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, spray nonstick spray and add ground beef with chopped onion. Cook until browned.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and yellow mustard; stir and simmer.
- In a bowl, mix light mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice to create the special sauce.
